We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. This guarantee is valid for 30-days from the date your order is delivered and applies to your first order only. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange in-line with our returns process.

Non-cancelled subscription policy
All recurring subscription orders that have not been cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal are non-refundable under all circumstances, unless explicitly approved by Ovrload. Similarly, any product swaps, address updates, or other account changes must be completed through your account at least 24 hours before renewal.
In order to receive a refund for these items, you must return your item(s) in the same condition that you received it - unused, in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note all issues, damages and undelivered items must be reported to the team within 7 days of delivery as shown on your tracking link.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
